​Kody has been invested in the Puget Sound Crab Fishery since 2007 and actively fishing since 2010. He was born into a fishing family and spent his summers learning from his dad in the pollock fishery. He spent 2 seasons in Bristol Bay, 9 years in the Bering Sea pollock, cod and West Coast hake fisheries. He is currently involved in the Puget Sound and Washington Coast Dungeness crab fisheries. Kody is a believer in sustainable fishing and hopes his two young sons will have the opportunity to be involved in the crab industry.
